This is education for "mothers to be", this class will discuss the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. It is designed to give you and your baby the healthiest start possible by providing information on those early weeks of pregnancy: body changes, nutrition and prenatal fitness.
This class/group, like everything we do at The Bump and with Port City Doula, is inclusive of all families and trans-affirming.
It is open to anyone in our community, Port City Doula client or not, who is currently pregnant or planning on becoming pregnant as well as their partners or support person.
